Kidz Klub has a part time administrator position which has become available. We are passionate about reaching the children of Leeds and need a motivated and skilled person to take on this new role, joining the Kidz Klub Leeds team to help see this vision reached.

You will be responsible for general office admin including keeping important information up to date for our medical records. The role requires excellent communication skills as you will be communicating with parents and the wider Kidz Klub staff and volunteer team and you will also need good excel and computer skills and experience of administration/ office work.

We are looking for a committed, compassionate individual who can bring their experience to our staff team. 

8 hours a week - To be worked over Monday and Tuesday (or can be condensed into Monday alone)

Salary Pro rata of £20,280.00 to £20,576.10 dependent upon experience and qualifications. A Pension is offered in line with the Trusts policy.  Annual leave pro rata of 6 weeks/year and bank holidays. 

Due to the nature of our work, this position is subject to a successful Disclosure and Barring Service check and references.
