Sessional Team Member

We are recruiting! We are looking for a dedicated Sessional Team member to support the running of our frontline activities across the city. 

They will be working together with churches, the team, schools and local children/families, seeking God for His best for the children and all in the areas served. This is an exciting role covering several aspects of Kidz Klub’s work, involving outreach sessions, visiting rounds, office admin and various community engagement activities.


    Sessional Team member – 18.5 hours/week

    Our Session Worker roles are an opportunity to make a lasting impact upon children’s lives and to do this alongside a passionate team who will cheer you on and develop you. We are looking for committed, compassionate Christians who are passionate about reaching unreached children, inner city mission and cheering children on to be our community changers and nation shakers.

    This role is frontline working with the children over 18.5 hrs Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

    It includes 3 evenings finishing between 7 and 9pm (depending on activity) over 31 weeks. There is some more flexibility on remaining weeks.

     We would be open to looking at reducing the role to less hours over less evenings for a suitable applicant who has less time/evenings available. Please get in touch. 


    Salary £11.61 per hour gross (actual annual £11,314.88).

    The Trust also operates a Pension Policy. 

     Due to the nature of our work, this position is subject to a successful Disclosure and Barring Service check and references.  


    Kidz Klub Leeds is a registered Charity (1194238) working with 4-11 year olds in inner city areas. We have been running for 21 years. Our vision is to work together with congregations across the city to reach out to see lasting transformation, through the love of God, for the most marginalised and vulnerable children, their families and communities of Leeds.
