Our Visiting rounds are probably the most important activity we are involved in. They allow us to support families and children, meet people where they are at, and deepen relationships. Of course as these relationships deepen, we spend more time with the families and more volunteers are needed. This is a great problem to have, but can sometimes be a challenge, meaning that sometimes some children cannot be visited, or we have to cut time shorter than we'd like to for our wonderful families.

Our Vision for the next 5 years is that we'd like to ensure every child is visited in their home, relationships are deepened and the message of Jesus reaches every family in word and deed.

We'd like to do so by doing the following:

• A Staff member on most (90%) visiting rounds alongside a volunteer.
• Increased home visits for 1600 children. 48,000 annual visits
• Streamlined, efficient cloud system including tablets for administration and design of Home Visits.
