Home visiting is the backbone of Kidz Klub. We love this extra time we get to spend with the children and their families. We currently visit 1200 children in their homes every week in term time and we plan to expend this as or activities grow. Our volunteer and staff team visit the same children every week, some of our visitors have been visiting the same areas for over 14 years. It is this kind of consistency which means we can build great relationships with the families and children, enabling the mutual trust which is vital for transformation. Each visit is a chance to be a friendly and supportive face in the families lives, to build relationships and to meet the children where they are at. Our approach has always been to share God's love in word and deed, and Home Visits are a very practical way in which we show the children that they are special and that they are cared for.

One of our mums said recently:

"I look forward to you coming each week; it gets me through the week sometimes. I know that you care and not alot of people are like that"

Our volunteers also love the time they spend with the families. One of them recently said:

" I have learnt so much and made so many lasting friendships. It is such a privilege to be invited into peoples homes and spend quality time with them. This is transforming me too!!!"
